make an appointment

We meet with you in our studio. During your appointment, we will take a look at your pins or inspiration. We'll review styles, cardstock, options, embellishments, printing methods and more. In most cases we can give you a quote during the appointment.

design, details & deposit

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you through the proper etiquette and details you might want to include. You will also choose your fonts. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order.

proofing, printing & production

You will receive PDF files via email to review and proof the text. Two rounds of revisions are free. Once you are satisfied with the typesetting, we mail or make available a complete actual finished sample as your final proof- that is yours to KEEP!

End line

authorization & assembly

A proof approval form will be sent with your final proof/sample invitation. Upon receipt of your signed authorization- printing and assembly will begin. Depending on the style, quantity and printing method, your invitations will be ready in 2-5 weeks. Rush service available (additional fee).

When we have completed your order, we will email you with your final invoice showing the balance due. You can pick up your invitations at our studio or we can ship them to you. (additional charge)

We make it easy for you.

We offer a digital envelope addressing service and mail service that includes stuffing, stamping, sealing, delivery to the post office and hand-cancelling of the postage. Inquire for additional charges.
