Our highly rated process is seamless and stress-free

1.

Make an Appointment

The design process begins with an in-person consultation in our studio where we’ll discuss the details and vision for your day. We’ll review the various invitation styles, cardstock options, printing methods, embellishments and a timeline. In most cases, we can give you a quote or two during the consultation so you can compare prices between different styles. We can also chat with you via FaceTime, Zoom, email or phone.

2.

Design, Details & Deposit

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you through proper etiquette (or how to bend etiquette to fit your unique style), details you might want to include and font selection. A 50% deposit is required at the time you place your order. The balance is due when your job is complete. A contract outlining all details of your invitation suite will be emailed for your signature. Materials will be ordered after receiving the signed contract, 50% deposit and all text to typeset.

3.

Proof, Printing, Production

Two rounds of revisions are included in your quote. A Proof Approval Form will be emailed for your authorization to start the printing process. All digital printing is done in our studio allowing us to have control of the quality and production timeline. Our printing partners that we use for specialty printing (letterpress, foiling, thermography) are local small businesses and share our commitment to excellence.

4.

authorization & assembly

Once we receive your authorization to print, full production will begin. Turn-around time is approximately 2-6 weeks depending on your quantity, printing method and added embellishments. All assembly and embellishing is done by hand ensuring a high-quality and carefully crafted invitation suite that reflects the tone of your event. Rush services are sometimes possible for additional fees.

5.

All Done!

When we have completed your invitations, we will email your final invoice showing your balance due. You can pick up your invitations in our studio or we can ship them to you (additional charge). Many couples enjoy placing the enclosure cards in the pockets or on top of the invitations and preparing their invitations for mailing. If that’s not something you want or have the time to do, we offer a mailing service that includes stuffing, stamping, sealing, delivery to a post office counter and a request for the hand-cancelling of the stamps. 6.

Spread the Love

Your guests will swoon over the timeless elegance of your invitation suite. They will be impressed with the thoughtful details which have been included for their enjoyment of your special day. We don’t stop at the invitation . . . we will work with you to create coordinating day-of stationery to carry your vision through the last second of your event.
